For those who have absolutely no idea what podcasting is then panic not.
Download the mp3 files to your computer and listen to them. Or you can put them on your mp3 player if you wish, like you would any song.
But if you want to take it further, and this is why it is slightly more sophisticated than just downloading mp3s, you can use an application that will download the 'podcasts' automatically everytime a new programme is available. This application is often known as a 'Podcatcher' or more commonly, an RSS Aggregator. You put in the 'RSS feed' [just like a url] of the podcast you want and the job's done.
